Known Issues - 2nd Cycle
#1
Please post any issues/concerns that you may have for the 2nd Cycle version of the game. At a minimum, include the following information:

Type:
Enhancement or Bug

Issue/Concern:
Clearly state the problem that you have encountered or suggest a possible enhancement that you would like included within the game.

Suggestion:
List a potential fix for the issue. Whenever possible, suggest a workaround for players to consider until the issue is fixed.

Type:
Enhancement

Issue/Concern:
Even though the software is using encryption-grade random number generation algorithms, it seems that some turns have consecutive negative rolls for a given kingdom which may have a greater impact than expected and may ruin the player's chances in winning the game.

Suggestion:
Adopt Fall of Rome's enhancement for wounded/sick figures to survive their ordeal with a penalty of inaction for a turn or so. Another possible alternative would be to consider a restriction in the number of priestess/agent/leader deaths in a given turn, such as the Giant kingdom may only have a group leader die once every 4 turns. That way, a kingdom may not be wiped out by consecutive negative die rolls and the change in policy would result in greater customer satisfaction.

Type:
Enhancement

Issue/Concern:
On turn 0, the number of fleets for a kingdom's starting water pc's are automatically created but not for isle locations in the sea (e.g., area SA or QT on the Resurgent map).

Suggestion:
Fix: also consider the isles of a given sea when automatically creating fleets on turn 0.
Workarounds: The player may split up their group with an inactive group and move both groups off the isle as is normally done during the game whenever the number of fleets in a sea is less than the number of brigades in a group. Or the player may just wait a turn of moving the group and increase the fleets in the sea on turn 1. Or as a desparate measure, reorganize the group for the permanent loss in a brigade in order to move the group on the first turn.
