Orders Renumbered

I discovered during testing that when we renumbered several orders earlier this year, backward compatibility was lost with the older version of the game. So, I corrected that today for 3rd Cycle games (e.g., Tutorial, Duel, The Choosing), now submit their original order numbers (e.g., issues #92 for dispel magic rather than #77 as for 4th Cycle).
