Is this a valid gametype?   Has one ever been run in Maelstrom?

What about 100% random kingdom/region assignments?  Is that possible in a game?

it is valid, and there might be interest. the main drawback is that certain kingdoms fare well in certain regions so totally random could give you a bad combo. there are no games being formed, so it might be worth seeing if anyone is interested.
