I don't know how you folks do it.  I'm trying to run 2 games for the first time and it's stressful Smile
I cannot imagine how you guys run multiple games with multiple kingdoms...
Any tips?

Heh I print up 2 maps for each game - 1 with pop centers only and 1 with all recon info. And keep them In a pocket in my backpack - a separate one from my pending Hyborian War turns.

Try to time them so the turns are not due on the same day. Not always an easy thing to do.
