I welcome your 4RA to the Mountains, we weren't expecting your company. We've moved to that same location on a quest, though see you have already investigated and discovered what was there.

I had hoped that our friendship might have accorded me the courtesy of some notification that you'd come to my region to collect artifacts, it would have at the very least prevented a needless march for my tired patrol, or an opportunity to negotiate for the right to investigate unusual sightings in my own region.

If you find the artifact isn't as useful to you as you had hoped I'd be willing to purchase it for a fair sum of gold should you need the latter more.

Apologies, however, that sighting would not have been of use to you because it required a key that was only found in my region.  It was an oversight, though, that I did not communicate me coming into your region.
