I play HA as a military kingdom every time I play HA.

Hmm maybe, what kingdoms are evil and which are good?

My first stab:

Good: Ancient Ones, Druid, Dwarven, Elven, Gnome, Halfling, Ranger, Sacred Order
Evil: Darkelven, Demon Princes, Necromancer, Pirates, Red Dragon, Tyrant, Underworld, Warlock
Neutral (Can be drafted by either): Amazons, Atlantians, Black Dragon, Cimmerians, Illusionist, Lizard Men, Nomad, Sorcerer

Maybe no more than 2 Neutral per side?

Good Kingdoms can draft Paladins, Evil can draft Knights of styx.  Should be on your set-ups.

[Only permitted for evil kingdoms Dark Elves, Demon Princes, Pirates, Necromancer, Tyrant, Underworld]

Plus the dragons who can't recruit either, are probably Evil as well.

So not much choice for the evils... lots of options for good.

Need to give evil some wizards… the evil Druid, for example. Poison ivy is pure evil.

Actually what you could do is choose one good kingdom to be opposite each evil kingdom. EL-DA, DE-AN, NE-DU, PI-AT, TY-LI, BL-RA, RD-CI, UN-HA something like that.

Full support here. I've never seen a "good" UN, but I'm assuming that's what you meant.

Full support here. I've never seen a "good" UN, but I'm assuming that's what you meant.

Well the world has ever only ever seen one evil Halfman, so I think we can safely assume it was a fluke, an evil bad seed of sorts
Or maybe the UN is now run by Halflings its hard to say.

So when someone says something "isn't 1/2 bad", that could refer to Painter Mam playing the halflings?

It’s interesting that you list Elves as the evil side.  I like the way you think!

I still think giving some Evil/Good/Neutral options would be interesting but I just wanna see this get made so I’m in for anything.
